sooner than i thought, we did it.

the kids had hands full of paint after some apple rolling and after they made a print in their journal (an opportunity i don’t like to miss), they went to the art roller.

it only confirmed my desire to slather that thing up.

soon. and maybe outside.

we copied teacher tom’s roller thingy and there was a preschool dad who looked at the photo and made us one. it is fabulous. i highly recommend it!

Where did you fnd the big roller?
I would love one for my classroom!
This is a great candidate for full-body art! What a great time.
So amazingly fun and fabulous!
yes, we copied tom’s art roller spinny thing. it’s been wonderful.
: )
Oooh that looks like so much fun. The old paint all the way up the arms thing is so universal isn’t it?! Clearly children the world over really are all the same … sensory little beings! I would love one of those roller things. I’ve only ever seen one before on Toms blog … lucky you!
Donna :) :)
hahaha…love that our boy is the one cranking the roller around…does not surprise me at all. Such a cool art object!!!
I’m so happy you’re having fun with it! Ours has been around so long, I forget how fun it can be. Thanks for sharing — maybe we’ll do some paint slathering outside tomorrow!
