There is a standard tuition level of $65/month per number of sessions a child attends in a week (1 day a week = $65/month, 2 days a week = $130/month, 3 days a week = $195/month). Tuition is broken into 9 equal monthly payments for September-May (this means that regardless of how many times your child attends each month, the tuition amount is the same).
As a non-profit outreach of New Creation Fellowship Church, we offer financial assistance in the form of free and reduced tuition levels. We take into account not only income but all other financial realities that could affect a family’s ease in paying tuition (medical bills, debt, etc). There is no additional paperwork or obligation for families who receive financial assistance, your tuition amount is simply adjusted.
Parents/guardians are sent notification when a tuition payment is overdue. In the event that 2 tuition payments are missed, they will be contacted by a New Creation Preschool Serving Unit member to set up a Payment Plan/apply for further financial assistance.
We are grateful to continue partnering with Union State Bank to make free AUTOMATED PAYMENTS available. You do not need to bank with Union State to take advantage of this and we do not assign penalty for insufficient funds. This has been a successful and the most popular option since 2016 and we encourage families to take advantage of it. You can read more about this and the other options below.
All Payment Options:
CASH/CHECK/MONEY ORDER: you deliver to New Creation Preschool in person or by mail.
VENMO: receive monthly requests and pay via the Venmo app.
AUTOMATED PAYMENTS: You authorize regularly scheduled charges to your bank account. You will be charged your tuition amount according to the schedule that best suits your needs (one payment each month or half the amount twice a month). This authorization will remain in effect September-May unless you terminate this service before then (there is no penalty fee). New Creation Preschool enters the information online with Union State Bank’s secure network (we have a triple security process to access it) and from then, everything is automated. Ms Brenda and I have both been trained to process the automated payments and work with a live person at Union State Bank who monitors the ACH transactions and alerts us if anything is unusual.
NOTE: Due to changes in fees/our non-profit status, we are pausing our PAYPAL and CASH APP methods. We will work with you to determine a different method of payment.
