s week was made better with a real snake visiting all week!
cooper is a 5 year old corn snake.
cooper was brought out of his cage for each class to get up close.
children did not have to pet cooper, but could if they wanted to.

Cooper looks exactly like my snake, Rosie! We actually have two corn snakes in our classroom- they make fantastic preschool pets since they’re easy to care for. None of our students are afraid of snakes anymore, although a few of the other teachers refuse to come into our room since the snakes are there!
