Baby Rosie got her wheels, a wickedly wonderful snack, wild water waves, wheel work and climbing on wood outside: WEDNESDAY W WEEK

Once upon a time there was a mama robot made out of cardboard and tape. Then one day she had a baby! Her baby was just a little garbage can with tape on it. It used to stay still at one spot until it learned how to roll on wheels! How did she get her wheels?

Read on to learn about baby Rosie’s wheels, our wickedly wonderful snack, wild water waves, wheel work and climbing on wood outside.

Where did baby Rosie’s wheels come from?

One of our scooters! Walter got the tape and secured it on.

What did we pretend the cheese sticks were?

Witch’s brooms! Malcolm and Max’s mama made us a W snack that reminded us of Halloween!

Thanks to a lot of eager helpers, we got the table set before Circle Time.

How do you feel about wild waves?

We talked about waves at Circle Time, drew them in our journal and imagined being in a boat or being a fish in the waves.

Did you ride wheels around the tables or under the tables?

The scooters will fit under the table when we lay on them but the other three do not. We have Red Roller, 3 Wheeler and Big Wobble. Those have to go around the tables.

We’ve also got a nozzle that can give fuel for a vehicle or charging for electric vehicles.

Do you climb on the logs?

We have a lot of logs to climb on at preschool. Most of them are from the old mulberry tree that had to come down a few years ago. Some friends also discovered some “flat logs” aka picnic table to climb on too!

Enjoy more video and photos of our day!
