w is for weight
thanks to the health-o-meter, we could figure out our weight (thank you, ms. vicki!) this little poem was filled in for each child and taped in their journal.

g is for grow!
look at our wheat…photo taken exactly one week from planting. since it comes from organic wheat seed, we nibble on it. some kids ate quite a bit, tearing it off or actually getting scissors. it is surprisngly sweet after you chew it a bit. and wow, look at this: no mystery left here.
w is for wheat
we planted wheat the week before easter. this also included a lot of filling and emptying of cups. if kept damp, this will sprout and grow quickly! we planted a couple of big tubs at preschool which will be fun to trim and hide little animals in.
